Refund Policy
Because LifeLight Hub content is delivered digitally and access is granted instantly after payment, purchases are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions
If you were charged in error, charged twice for the same item, or are unable to access content you purchased due to a technical issue on our end, please contact support within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right.
